The project involved the full preparation of all required engineering studies and the completion of the entire permitting process, in full compliance with the applicable urban planning and regulatory framework, ensuring the functionality, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability of the facility.
The design was developed to meet the increased demands of modern logistics infrastructure, addressing storage, handling, and goods distribution requirements, while ensuring the efficient use of available space. Particular emphasis was placed on site layout, accessibility, safety, and the building’s adaptability to the operational needs of the end user.
The successful completion of this project further strengthens Stamatoukos & Partners’ long-standing experience in warehouse and industrial developments, confirming the company’s ability to undertake and deliver complex logistics projects across Greece.
